As preparation for the blurb book project and program, I must make/bake cookies and snap some pictures as I go. So I am doing just that. However, since my favorite cookies (and some of my friends' favorites) are the ONLY cookies that will be included in The Cookie Shop book, I have no choice but to eat those cookies. Somebody's got to do it, right?
I discoverd this cookie just recently, and I must say that it is the most delicious chocolate cookie that I have ever tasted. The cookies are soft and chewy. And they are huge because, even though the recipe makes a lot of cookie dough, you shape just 18 cookies. Besides the cocoa that's in the dough, you chop bittersweet chocolate and add to it. I added chopped walnuts the second time I made the cookies, and I believe I might have eaten all 18 of them.
